Who can apply?
We work with qualified professionals and established businesses across four disciplines.
- Chartered Surveyors: fully RICS qualified (MRICS, FRICS or AssocRICS) with valid PI insurance
- Mortgage Advisors: FCA authorised with a recognised qualification (CeMAP, DipFA or equivalent)
- Property Solicitors: SRA regulated solicitor or CLC licensed conveyancer
- Removal Companies: established business with a proven track record and adequate insurance
- Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience (or years in business for removals)
- Based in England or Wales and able to respond to enquiries within agreed timeframes
